Device does NOT turn on!!! i DO NOT HAVE A CHARGER FOR IT..But it may if you have one to charge it with. I dont see anything major wrong with it. entire phone looks pretty solid and clean... Comes with Device / Battery Pack / enclosed leather holster (not in pics) and short antenna. Phone & Battery does have some light normal use-wear as you can imagine due to it age. This is a 850mhz (cellular A/B) device. It was full AMPS compatible, it was released at around 1996
